Welcome to New You Hair & Skin Clinic. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully to ensure you understand our policies regarding cancellations, deposits, and health safety.

1. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that life happens, but late cancellations affect our business significantly.

  • More than [48] hours notice: You may reschedule or cancel your appointment for a full refund of your deposit.
  • Less than [48] hours notice: Your deposit is non-refundable.
  • No-Shows: If you fail to attend your appointment without notice, you will be charged 100% of the service fee before you can book again.

2. Lateness Policy

We run a strict schedule to ensure every client gets their full treatment time.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate you.
  • In this case, your appointment will be treated as a “Same Day Cancellation,” and your deposit will be forfeited.
  • If we are able to see you, your treatment time may be reduced, but the full price will still apply.

3. Mandatory Patch Testing (Skin & Hair)

Your safety is our priority. For certain treatments (including hair colour, lash lifts, tinting, and laser), a patch test is required at least 48 hours before your appointment.

  • New Clients: You must visit the clinic for a patch test. No appointment is needed for this.
  • Returning Clients: If it has been more than 6 months since your last colour/treatment, or if your medical history has changed (e.g., pregnancy, new medication), a new patch test is mandatory.
  • Failure to Test: If you arrive for your appointment without a valid patch test, we legally cannot perform the service. Your appointment will be cancelled, and your deposit will be lost.

4. Service Guarantees & Refunds

  • Services: We do not offer refunds on services once they have been performed. However, if you are dissatisfied with the result, please contact us within 7 days. We will invite you back for a consultation and, if appropriate, offer a corrective service free of charge.
  • Products: Unopened retail products may be returned within 14 days for a refund. Used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

5. Medical & Health Concerns

Please inform us at the time of booking if you have any medical conditions, allergies, or if you are pregnant/breastfeeding. Some treatments may not be suitable, and we can advise on safe alternatives.

6. Personal Belongings

While we take every care, New You Hair & Skin Clinic accepts no responsibility for the loss or damage of personal belongings (including clothing or jewellery) during your visit. We advise removing expensive jewellry and wearing appropriate clothing for hair colouring services.
